Is it safe for you to order seeds from the
internet?
There are many sites on the internet and some have been around for
10+ years. Some seed banks send only to certain countries and some
send to all countries. Their interest is making sure their customers
are happy and the only way to do this is to ensure they get orders
to their destination. They use some very good shipping techniques
and do it without mentioning the product inside. Sending to some
countries can be difficult so you should ask your seed bank if they
do, or in some cases just try ordering and they will either send
it or send your money back. Remember, it is a chance you take.
What happens if customs or some authorities
opens your package?
Nothing, or almost nothing. If for some rare occasion
that they decide to open your letter and see the contents and conclude
that they are Cannabis seeds, they will send you a letter saying
"You have attempted to order a controlled substance. We have
confiscated the contents and will not press charges."
There are many countries in the world so this could vary.
They send this letter explaining why you are not getting
your package because it is the law that all mail make it to its
destination. This is the worst that happens
and very rarely happens. When ordering seeds, use your common
sense. This however is not guaranteed and you should remember that
ordering is at your own risk.
Which seed bank should you choose?
That is for you to decide. There are many on the
internet and in my opinion, way too many. Use one that has
been around for a couple years and write them an e-mail question
to see how fast you get answered. Choose a company that has
same day regular shipping. This will save time for your order
to arrive, and will save shippings costs. Or use our website to
make your decision easier as our reviews are accurtate.
Should I use my regular postal address?
Yes, but It is up to you. Remember, the odds of anything
happening is very slim and if you are really paranoid, get an anonymous
address, use a different name or get it delivered to a destination
that is not going to be your growing place. Do not use "Current
Resident" or provide an address without a name. It is
best to at least use Mr. Smith or a Business name to draw less attention
to your mail.
Can I send cash in the mail?
Yes, most sites will allow you to use this method. It is completely
anonymous and has no service charges like a money order. Wrap
it around a birthday card or tin foil as you don't want a snoopy
postal employee to spend your hard earned money.
Should I use a money order or Credit Card?
They both work fine for buying seeds and have advantages and disadvantages.
They are both not private as they leave a paper trail. Money
orders have a service charge of $3 to $5 each. Some seed banks
will require the money order to clear or a time period passes before
they send your order. The advantages is speed when using credit
cards as your order is usually dispatched within 7 days. Many
seed banks do not accept credit cards as they have had troubles
with fraud. Some use their retail shops to process orders
on their credit card machine.
Will Anything happen to me if someone finds
the seeds?
No, nothing will happen to you. You have no way of proving
that you subscribed to the order. If a seed company wanted to, they
could send an order randomly to your neighbor accross the street.
Why is my order not here yet or delayed?
Relax, take a deep breath as it will arrive soon. Be patient
as these companies have other customers to look after and sometimes
have back orders on product. Sometimes mail takes longer than
usual. I have waited almost 2 months before receiving my order.
Contact them if you are really worried.
Where can you get free marijuana seeds
on the internet?
My favorite question. Nothing is Free. Yes you can find sites
that say they give free marijuana seeds but there is always a catch.
There will be shipping charges involved and in the end you
will have bought bird seed. You would have been better off buying
from a reputable seed bank. Like anything in life, "You
get what you pay for". You can go out and buy a B.M.W.
or go and buy a Ford. You will get what you pay for.
Facts and Myths about Cannabis Seed banks
You always get what you order???
This is not the case in a lot of situations. Many seed banks
claim to carry many breeders strains but what you are getting is
inferior product. It is not hard to place a Breeder Logo on a site
and claim that they sell the seeds. A seed bank does not need
many breeders and strains to be successful, sometimes this can confuse
the customer.
Some banks don't really exist
This is very true, as some people go out and buy a domain
name and copy and paste entire sites and try to make money. This
may work for a couple of weeks but soon stops as people are not
stupid. We have put this site together to help you choose
a reliable seed bank so that you don't get wripped off. Contact
them before making a purchase, ask them a question like "How
is the weather".
Marijuana Seed Bank Complaints towards customers
- Print your order out clearly- There is nothing
worse than getting an order and payment in the mail with poor handwritting
where they can't see where to send the order.
- Germination- Do some research on germinating
seeds before you fail and blame the seed bank for your mistake.
Seed banks do not get the seeds for free and will not always
send you new product to keep you happy
- Grow Questions-- Seed banks do not have the time
to hear about your plant that grew 10 feet high or what kind of
fertalizer you should use. They run a business and are there
to help to an extent. Go get a book and learn on your own
if you are new.
- Thiefs and Liars- They are people that claim they ordered
product but the seed bank never received payment. This will
not work as seed banks will make you prove yourself and have ways
of tracking orders.
- Forum manipulators- These are people that don't know
how to grow or end up getting small plants and go on Forums and
post messages blaming the seed banks for their own problems. |
